About Mica Mica

Born and raised in Milwaukee, WI, with a vibrant stint in the bustling streets of New York City, I've journeyed back to my roots, now proudly calling Milwaukee my home.

In
2022, I embarked on a creative odyssey, birthing Mica Mica jewelry as a conduit for my artistic expression. Stepping into this realm, I found myself attuned to a kaleidoscope of color, shape, and material, infusing each piece with a piece of my soul. My artistic journey is a patchwork quilt, stitched together from threads of editorial and documentary photography, interior concept, and web design. These diverse influences weave seamlessly into my jewelry, forming a tapestry of personal style that dances on the edge of whimsy and sophistication.

Immersed in the world around me, I'm an eternal observer, meticulously dissecting the interplay of light and color, forever seeking to infuse my creations with a playful spark. Drawing inspiration from the rich tapestry of life, my jewelry is a symphony of shape, draping, color, and texture.

Sourcing from nature's treasure trove and the vintage troves of yesteryears, I meld semi-precious stones and vintage beads, blurring the lines between the earthly and the crafted. In my quest for inspiration, I turn to the world of interior design, where forms collide and colors intertwine, sparking new avenues of exploration.

With Mica Mica, I invite you to embark on a journey through a world where every piece tells a story, where vibrancy meets elegance, and where the essence of whimsy dances in every stroke. Join me as we explore the boundless possibilities of shape, color, and texture, one piece at a time.
